I would leave zero. I called just to ask if they have patient services. Becky, the owner, was short and cut me off. I was unable to finish asking what I wanted to ask and she hung up. I called her back because I was upset that she was nasty. I work in customer service AND on my lunch break. I would never treat my customers like that. Even if they are unruly and ugly, I take the time to difuse. She made me feel very unimportant because I did not require her actual services. Great job Becky.

Had an amazing experience with Erika as our instructor!! She was very relaxed and it encouraged us to get the job done. Highly recommend!!

Dental Assisting Institute is wonderful. I have enjoyed learning from the instructors Debbie and Erika. They are patient and caring with their students, answer all of your questions and provide feedback to be a successful dental assistant. These 10 weeks have gone by really fast and were very enjoyable. The training I have received helps me feel good about going into dental assisting. I highly recommend this school, it's super worth it. Thank you Erika and Debbie 🥰

Wow. What a change in set up, I've been in the hospitality Industry for 10+ years and have done everything from dishes to cook and bartending.i decided to take my prepaid college funds and use it towards this program. This accelerated program was perfect for where I wanted to be in life, they've given me the ability and skills to start in a dental office, with these skills I will have a nice pay increase but what's important is that I will be able to provide for my my family and still be able to spend all thr time with them. This has truly been a blessing. Erika and Debbie have been more than just teachers they became close friends and helped cater to any issue I needed help with and always laughed at my jokes. Truly a great experience!

I’m a recent graduate of Dental Assisting Institute. I can safely say that if you are thinking about choosing a school to pursue your career in dental assisting then make the investment with Dental Assisting Institute. I was fortunate to have not one, but two skilled, talented, and well knowledgable instructors; Kim and Erika. They are patient and always volunteered to stay behind so that I can get more practice with a skill and explained things in detail to help better understand the skill. I will always recommend this prestigious school to future students and their talented instructors; Kim and Erika. Big thank you to Erika and Kim for giving me new found confidence, I may have been began this 10 week class shy but I left this program confident and extremely knowledgeable.
